From June 7th, SYNLAB offers a free cardiovascular screening – “Cuore di Donna”  - to women aged 35-69 and resident in Milan, Municipio 2 (NoLo district).

The prevention campaign is dedicated to healthy women (who are not already under treatment for cardiovascular diseases).

Few people know ischemic disease is the first cause of death for women. There is a cultural bias regarding this pathology mainly affecting men.

With Cuore di Donna Project, SYNLAB promotes health education on this topic all over in Italy, offering local screening campaigns, an informative “vademecum” (free for download on www.synlab.it and available in every SYNLAB Center), an educational cartoon, SYNLAB Cardiologists educational videos and public meetings.
